The KITALWARE Retractable Design GN Trolley solves the awkward problem of pan depth. A fixed runner rack wastes vertical space when it carries shallow pans and simply will not close when it carries deep ones. This model uses a retractable runner arrangement so the effective spacing can be adapted to what is actually being loaded — shallow 20 mm pans packed tightly for one service, deep 150 mm pans on the same frame for the next.
